Thailand beach land and house is a UK/Thai run team to provide guidance and services for land search and building projects along the Thailand Riviera coastline in the Gulf of Thailand.

Chris & Wanida head up a family run business with many years experience in home improvements, building and maintenance in Thailand. Together a number of projects have been undertaken, the latest one a magnificent beachfront villa in Chumphon.

Chris a UK National has been living in Thailand for 23 years and successfully running a home improvement company for the last 18 years. Products supplied to clients during this time include home electronic systems, multi-room audio, Landscape lighting systems, Alarm systems, CCTV, Electronic security fences, UPVC and Aluminum Windows and doors, Pool fences, balustrades, retractable screens to name a few, as well as overseeing a number of renovation and new build projects.

Wanida a Thai National and excellent English speaker acts as a translator and go-between which is absolutely essential to navigate through the cultural and bureaucratic obstacles one can face when building or operating here in Thailand.

Over the years Wanida has built a fairly extensive property portfolio, including properties in Phuket, Chumphon, Bang Saphan and Hua Hin.
